While trying to save his nuclear power plant from disaster, worker Timofey (Patty Considine) exposes himself to a lethal amount of radiation. But instead of being thanked for his sacrifice, he's sent with his bags packing. Now, to help provide for his family, Timofey is doing the unthinkable: selling weapons-grade plutonium (Pu-239) on Moscow's black market.
