This humorous sci-fi flick follows a fan of comic books, who picks up a comic book called SURGE OF POWER, which is about a guy who is a fan of...you guessed it, comic books. As he reads about his fictional doppelganger, life imitates art, our real-life hero turns into a superhero, and appearances from genre stars Lou Ferrigno and Nichelle Nichols add to the melee.
