Epps made his film debut as the star of 'Juice', alongside Tupac. He followed that up with roles in 'The Program', Major League II, and Higher Learning. Omar landed a role on the hit TV drama ER for several episodes portraying Dr. Dennis Gant, a troubled surgical intern on the television drama since 2004. In 1999 Epps found himself in three different roles, The Wood, In Too Deep, and When Willows Touch. His most famous role came in 2000 when he starred in Love and Basketball, featuring Alfre Woodard & Sanaa Lathan.
