Martin is an actor, comedian, director and producer. Lawrence was selected by Russell Simmons to host Def Comedy Jam which really jump started his career. Around the same time he appeared in his own hit series, Martin, which aired on Fox (1992-97). Martin has starred or co-starred in numerous blockbuster films which has pushed his salary to well over $10 million per role. Film credits include: Bad Boys 1&2, Boomerang, Big Mommas House, Wild Hogs, Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins and College Road Trip.
